Product Overview

Buxus microphylla 'Golden Triumph'
A very hardy, low-growing, compact Japanese Boxwood that rarely reaches above three feet tall in ten years. Shiny green foliage with showy golden yellow margins creates a great contrast against green foliage plants. Use in foundation plantings, or to create a unique pattern or framework in a formal garden. Performs well in heat. Evergreen.

Planting & Growing

Thrives in enriched, well-drained, neutral to slightly acidic soils. Mulch root zone to conserve moisture and to keep roots cool. Water deeply and regularly during the first few growing seasons to establish an extensive root system; reduce frequency once established. Apply fertilizer in early spring. Prune as needed to shape.
