Product Overview

Eugenia myrtifolia 'Orange Twist'
Glossy orange foliage on upright, twisting branches creates a unique and colorful year-round display. White, pincushion-like blooms appear in spring, followed by purplish berries. The leaves transform to green with age, as new growth continues to emerge. Great hedging and screening shrub. Use in containers as an artful specimen or clipped topiary.

Planting & Growing

Prefers slightly acidic, well-drained soils, rich in organic matter. Water deeply and regularly during the first growing season to establish an extensive root system; reduce frequency once established. Apply fertilizer before new growth begins in spring. Prune only as needed to maintain desired shape.
