After paying $250 for the personal shopping, I had to call the store 4 times to get scheduled. Then, when I got there, I was treated like a teenage girl dealing with an auto mechanic. Though I brought pictures of my established landscaping, I barely had 15 minutes with an employee who was visibly irritated and impatient. I usually don't leave reviews because I believe that everyone is entitled to a bad day once in awhile, but this experience was a huge disappointment.

My plants thrive and I do believe love this mixture 😁

Cushions on egg chair fell apart

I also request Armstrong to rectify the situation. My cushions fell apart quickly also. I didn't realize I could get a replacement so I didn't report but the cushion for the egg chair disintegrated.

How do you repack the tree in the box?

How do you do that efficiently?

Hi Richard, we're so glad to hear that you were happy with your pre-lit Vermont Spruce Christmas tree. Below are some steps that may help make it more efficient for you to repack your tree in the box it came with:

1. Start with the largest section (bottom one)
2. Start with the top branches of the section and work your way down to the lowest branches
3. Compress each sub-branch so that they point towards the outer tip end and then fold branch upward.
4. Once complete, set compressed section in the box so that the thickest side is closest to 1 end.
5. Repeat 2-4 for next section (middle one)
6 Once complete, set compressed section in the box so that the thickest side is closest to empty end of the box.
7. Repeat 2-3 for next section (top one)
8. Once complete, set compressed section in the box so that it sits on the top of the other 2 sections where there is the most space.
9. Squish down, Close box and secure with tape, 2 sets of bungee cords, or 2 belt straps if needed.
