If you have a complaint about the store then call them and tell them. This soil is great. Bad experience doesn’t knock the value and benefit of this soil.

Placed an order with the Pasadena location, received email confirmation few days later. Arrive at the store only to discover that the product was never reserved and they were all out. No apology or explanation.
