Product Overview

Liriope muscari 'Silvery Sunproof'
Boldly variegated foliage, and soft lilac flower spikes highlight this evergreen perennial. Fuss-free and adaptable, resistant to insects and disease, and tolerant of heat and humidity when established. Takes sun in cool summer climates; part sun to shade anywhere. Excellent as groundcover, edging for a walkway, or filler in a tub planting.

Planting & Growing

Highly adaptable, but prefers well-drained, loamy sandy or clay soils. Water regularly during first growing season to establish an extensive root system; tolerates mild drought, when established. For a neat appearance, remove old, faded foliage before new leaves emerge. Divide clumps every 2 to 3 years in early spring.
