Manufactured in a small, family-owned shop in Birmingham, Alabama where quality is top priority. Each piece is mid-welded for greater strength and to ensure your clothes don?t get snagged. Frames are electrostatically primed to resist corrosion, chipping, scratching and UV damage. Finally, each piece is powder coated. This is done through finely ground particles of pigment and resin that are electrostatically charged and sprayed on to each piece then cured to fuse the particles into a solid coating; a similar process used by the automotive industry.
