My daughter and son in law have birthdays a day apart. They live in CA, I live in Boston. This is a very convenient way to celebrate. The fact that they were emailed on the actual birthdays was amazing.
They go to Armstrong’s quite often.
I paid for the consultation service. Armstrong states a rep will contact you within three business days. It has been over a week and no one has contacted me. I called and left a message on the office phone number listed on my receipt. No call back. It seems they are unreliable and not customer service oriented.
We went specifically to buy the Munstead Lavender in their ad for $5.99. Their website & POS system said they were in stock. No staff member could locate them. They all said they had never seen them. They offered to special order them at the sale price, then the POS system said the warehouse was out of stock. Then they offered to order the 1 gallon version at full price. I’m OK with ordering the larger version, but would have appreciated some sort of discount since they never had the 4” version mentioned in the ad. 😕
