The gift card did not reach the recipient. I wrote 2 e-mails to ask what's to be done, did not receive any answers !!!!

We’ve confirmed that your recipient is part of our Armstrong Advantage program. To make this right, we have re-sent the digital gift card and also left a voicemail for the recipient with direct contact information should they need any further assistance.

Our records show that the original email was successfully delivered and opened on January 10th, but it is possible it was accidentally deleted or missed. In some cases, delivery issues can also occur depending on email settings or location.

I purchased a digital gift ecard for my daughter-in-law who lives in San Diego. She never received the email(ecard). I sent her my receipt. She went to the store. Apparently she needed a gift card number which we did not have, After contacting headquarters, she received the ability to use the amount the next time she is in the store.
