The recipient still hasn't received this gift card yet. And I haven't received a response to my inquiry about when it will be delivered. Really disappointing.

We received the gift card but you mailed it to the wrong address. We specifically followed your instructions for the recipients address (different than ours) but you sent it to us. We had to forward it to the recipient and it was late for her birthday.

Gift card arrived as promised. My daughter-in-law is a regular customer and was thrilled!

After several tries to order online(would not allow different address for delivery), I called and a very nice young man helped me to order directly from the store. It seems that the online program was not working correctly at that time. He spent a lot of time making sure addresses, phone numbers and credit card numbers were correct. He was so patient and did a fabulous job. I'm sorry I didn't get his name. Would order directly next time. My daughter shops at the nursery a lot. Very pleased.
