$250 Gift card never received.

I was charged for this gift card but the recipient did not receive it. I attempted to contact Armstrong Gardens but was unable to get past a message to leave my phone number and I would receive a call back. I left messages but never received a response. Very poor customer response.

The gift card was not received. I left at least 4 messages and did not get a response. I have placed a dispute with my credit card company to have my charge reversed.
