Plumeria 'Jean Moragne' features showy clusters of fragrant flowers in bright pink to pink-red tones at the ends of the branches from late spring through summer. Dark green foliage provides bold contrast throughout the season. Leaves do not develop notable fall color. The fruit is not ornamentally significant.
