Knowledgeable but not specific to my yard

I had to make many calls but was finally was able to schedule a landscaper ro come over. She knew about plants, daylight, pruning, eyc. But never checked my watering system or diagnosed the soil specifically. Her notes were generic and left me confused about which of the 5 areas areas we discussed. And she only stayed 1-1/2 hours of the 2 hour service. And she only suggested products to purchase instead of evaluating the ones i had already

Big pieces

I’ve purchased four bags and the consistency is different in each one. Most is shredded and spreads great in the garden. Two of the bags had big chunks of wood in them, which I had to compost as they were to big to leave in the garden. The ability to retain water is 5 stars!
