I worked with Karen. She designed my patio exactly as I requested….color palette, easy maintenance, and beautiful. There was no upselling.
She arrived at our appointments on time and was available to answer my questions by text or email.
The landscape installer, Agustin, and his crew ( including a very helpful daughter) were efficient and polite. I highly recommend Vista Landscaping also!
I ordered online and got a confirmation email that said they would contact me when I could pick it up. But after a well over a week I called and they said they had it at the nursery. I went and picked it up and it was on the counter and it was very dried out and half looked dead. It looked like it hadn't been watered in a long time. I don't know why I wasn't notified and why it was so dry. I planted at home and only about half have lived.
